Brewer -
A man from Brewer is in jail, accused of trying to sell more than $18,000 worth of bath salts.
State drug agents and Brewer police arrested 50-year-old Joseph Landry last week.
Authorities say they seized 120 grams of suspected drugs from Landry on Birch Street in Bangor last November.
The substance was tested by a lab and confirmed to be bath salts.
Landry made his first court appearance last week where bail was set at $25,000 cash.
If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
