It has been a recording setting moose hunting season.
The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife said hunters bagged 2,895 moose throughout the fall, which is a 78% success rate.
Officials said the cooler temperatures worked in favor of the hunters.
Eleven bulls came in this season, all weighing over 1,000 pounds.
