There's a new facility being built in Brewer for kids to work on their baseball and softball skills. Tt's called "Sluggers," and it'll be on the Acme Road in Brewer, right next to the ice rink.
Some of the top coaches in the area will be part of the venture, including familiar names like Gonyar, Morris, Utterback, Coutts, and former UMaine player Terren Hall.
The new facility is planning to open up on Super Bowl weekend.
