The Incubator Without Walls Program helps individuals start and expand businesses with five or fewer employees. The course stresses that good management, effective marketing and financial controls lead to increased profits, and that business planning leads to business growth, profits and personal satisfaction.
IWW - Incubator Without Walls - Business Plan Basics: (12 - 3 hour Classes ) The IWW program helps individuals start and expand businesses with five or fewer employees through a number of course offerings. During the courses the following topics are discussed: Business Concept, Legal Structures of Business, Business Plan, Marketing, Credit, Record Keeping, Financials and Cash Flow, as well as, many other topics.
