A Penobscot County Grand Jury indicted a Charleston man on charges of possession of sexually explicit materials.
Prosecutors say Roger Foster, 63, was downloading child pornography on his home computer.
Officials say Foster downloaded approximately 10 videos, none of them involving local children.
