A very special delivery in Bangor on January 1st.
At 12:42am Eastern Maine Medical Center welcomed its first baby of 2013.
The baby boy named Wyatt weighed in at 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and 21 inches.
Little Wyatt must have wanted to celebrate his birthday on the holiday because he made his mom and dad wait a while.
" He was 10 days overdue and we were thinking he was going to be a Christmas baby, but he ended up being a New Years baby," said Erika Veinote, the first time mother.
We couldn't get video of Wyatt because he's in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit because he and his mom had fevers.
His mom tells us Wyatt is doing just fine and hopefully they'll be able to go home on Thursday.
