Folks in central Maine no longer have to travel far to enjoy some outdoor fun.
G.O. Tubing had their grand opening this past weekend.
Folks from all over New England took part in the festivities.
The new tubing park is located just off Route 3 in South China.
The owners said it took them more than two years to get the park up and running but now that they're open they say it was well worth the wait. "The anticipation was crazy. Saturday morning we were running around like mad people," said Jennifer Haskell of G.O. Tubing. "Once the doors opened we were all so excited to see smiling faces coming in and everyone coming back in and having a great time."
