The curtain closes for the final time on a local production of "Annie".
The Penobscot Theatre Company held it's final showing of America's most beloved redhead.
20 shows were held this month, most of which were sold out.
Directors says this show was one the theater's most successful.
"It was probably the largest show Penobscot Theatre Company has ever endeavored to put on in 39 years," says Artistic Director Bari Newport. "We really had the audiences to show for it, so it's been a great ride."
Penobscot Theatre company is now gearing up for their 40th Anniversary next season.
