Man Pleads Not Guilty to Terrorizing

3

Ellsworth - A Hancock man has pleaded not guilty to terrorizing charges.

Michael Carter, 38, entered the plea Friday.

Police say Cater posted on the Ellsworth Police Department's Facebook page that he would make what happened in Newtown, Connecticut look like nothing.

State police arrested Carter on Thursday.

Ellsworth police say Carter has had access to guns in the past.

Carter's bail is $1,000 cash or $10,000 surety.

He's due in court again on March 15th.
