Levant -
A Levant man was found lying in the middle of Pine Tree Road Monday morning.
We're told workers from the Department of Transportation found him.
Trooper Forrest Simpson with the Maine State Police says police aren't sure what happened.
" He was lying in the road, his motorcycle was lying on its side. It's not real clear. He didn't hit anything, lives less than a quarter of a mile from where he was found," said Trooper Simpson.
Simpson would not tell us the name of the man, but did say he's in his mid-20's. Simpson says the man was not wearing a helmet.
We're told the man was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center with serious head and other injuries.
