Corinna -
A car crash in Corinna today may have caused structural damage to a church.
It happened at the United Methodist Church on Dexter Road.
Police say the driver, 74-year-old Robert Baraithwaite, lost control of his jeep and left the road, hitting a nativity scene before crashing into the corner of the church.
The car was totaled.
Police think it will cost thousands to repair the church.
The driver and his wife complained of neck and chest pain, but refused medical treatment.
Police believe poor road conditions played a role in the accident.
