Winterport -
Two people were seriously injured in a crash Thursday morning in Winterport.
A car and an SUV crashed head-on just after 10:30am on Monroe Road.
Waldo County Deputy Darrin Moody tells TV 5 that the driver of each vehicle was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor with back injuries.
At this point, deputies are still investigating what caused the crash.
