Bangor -
Getting pampered Friday afternoon will help people affected by Hurricane Sandy.
River City Therapy and Wellness Center on State Street in Bangor is donating all of Friday's proceeds to the American Red Cross.
The money will specifically go to Hurricane Sandy relief.
" This effort for the Red Cross is a community effort. There are massage therapists that don't work here that are here today. There are people that donated gift certificates from the community that don't directly work here," said Debra Smith, a licensed massage therapist.
The center did the same thing for Hurricane Katrina, raising $2,000.
