Bangor -
Some Black Friday shoppers got a bit of a surprise while waiting for stores to open.
Tim Horton's showed up to hand out gift certificates and prizes to folks in line at Best Buy in Bangor.
The big prize was a $750 Visa credit card. The gift card given to the 25th person in line, Gina DeShong of Ellsworth.
"I don't even know what to do with it," says DeShong. "Like I haven't had a Christmas in a few years and I just don't know what to do. It's like what to do I want to get? What do I need?"
"It's a really fun thing to do. We enjoy doing it, being a part of the community. It's just a little thing to give back. It's just something fun to do," said Jamie Myers, owner/operator of Tim Horton's.
This is the second year Tim Horton's has given out gifts to Black Friday shoppers.
