Stockton Springs -
One man is dead after two people got into an altercation in Stockton Springs early Saturday morning.
Maine Public Safety Spokesman, Stephen McCausland said David Linscott, 31, and Robert Tucker, 36, were fighting outside of Tucker's home on Route 1 around 12:30 a.m.
Police said Tucker shot Linscott, the 31-year-old was found dead outside of the home.
Police are investigating the homicide and said no charges have been filed.
