A quick response by firefighters from Baileyville and Alexander is being credited with saving a home in Baileyville Thursday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to a home on O'Neal Ln. around 4:00 Thursday afternoon.
They were able to contain the fire quickly, resulting in minimal damage to the home.
It was determined that a loose wire in the roof caught some ceiling tiles on fire.
