Palermo -
Authorities have re-opened Route 3 in Palermo.
It was closed around 4 a.m. Thursday morning after a pick-up truck crashed into a utility pole, shearing it in half and sending wires across the road.
We're told the driver had just minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital.
Drivers were being re-routed at the Level Hill Road.
Crews had the area cleaned up by 7 a.m. and that area of Route 3 was back open to traffic.
