Jim Fernald from Brookings-Smith Funeral Home was in for our weekly Senior Spotlight to tell us about an upcoming Hospice event.
Celebrating the Hospice Caregiver is on November 15, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. To 7:00 p.m. At the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith Funeral Home located at 163 Center Street Bangor, Maine.
The special guest speak for the evening will be Kandyce Powell, R.N. M.S.N, she's the executive director of the Maine Hospice Council and Center for End of Life Care. Her talk will be at 6p.m. on the topic of "Taking Care of the Caregiver."
