Milford -
One of three people police say got into a fight in Milford in September, then stole a truck belonging to one of the victims, was sentenced Tuesday.
34-year-old Stephanie Carey pleaded no contest to assault.
She was originally charged with robbery and criminal mischief, too, but those were dismissed.
The Penobscot County District Attorney's office says Carey was sentenced to 14-days in jail and ordered to pay $300 restitution.
39-year-old Todd Clavette of Old Town and 36-year-old Bruce Carey of Milford, Stephanie's husband, are charged with robbery, assault and criminal mischief.
