Attorneys Look for Evidence to Be Thrown Out in Attempted Murder Case

Attorneys for a Rockland man accused of pushing his wife off a cliff want some evidence thrown out.

69 year-old Charles Black is charged with attempted murder and multiple assaults.

Court documents say he tried to kill his wife in April of 2011 on Mount Megunticook in Camden.

Black reportedly hit her over the head with a rock, the pushed her over the cliff.

We're told his lawyers have a problem with how the state got some of his medical records.

No word yet on when he'll be back in court.
