Thousands of people started their holiday shopping this weekend.
It's the 24th year of the Bangor Craft show at the Bangor Auditorium. The event features 80 crafters from around the State.
People shopped around for all sorts of Maine-made products. Organizers said it's events like this one that help keep money right here in the pine tree state.
The President of the United Maine Craftsmen, Aletha Boile, said "We can offer our members an opportunity to sell their wares to the people of Maine and have everybody buy Maine products and keep the economy in Maine strong."
Next weekend the United Maine Craftsmen will be at the Augusta Civic center. They'll be back in the Bangor Area on Thanksgiving weekend, November 23rd through the 25th at the Brewer Auditorium.
