3

Bangor - A Rhode Island man accused of murdering three people in Bangor was extradited to Maine, Thursday night.

Police returned from Massachusetts just before 5:30 p.m. with Nicholas Sexton, 31, who waived extradition, Wednesday.

Sexton is in custody at the Penobscot County Jail and due in court Monday morning. He is one of two men accused of murdering three people in Bangor in August. Their bodies were found burning in a car in a parking lot on Target Industrial Circle in Bangor.

The other man charged in the case, Randall Daluz, 34, is already back in Maine. He pleaded not guilty last month.
