Grand Jury Indicts Two in Greenbush Home Invasion

Greenbush, Milford, Medway - Two men were indicted Wednesday by the Penobscot County Grand Jury, accused of attacking a woman during a home invasion in Greenbush.

23-year-old Nicholas Hutchinson of Milford is charged with robbery, aggravated assault and terrorizing.

The victim says in September her home was broken into and she was beaten with a fire extinguisher and a tire iron, while her two young children watched.

21-year old Ryan Petrin of Medway is also accused in the crime.

He was indicted for robbery, aggravated assault and assault.
