Bangor -
A man from Bangor was indicted Tuesday by the Penobscot County Grand Jury for gross sexual assault involving a 12-year-old girl.
32-year-old David Harris is accused of raping the girl in May.
The Penobscot County District Attorney's office says she was in Bangor on a day-trip with a group from out of town.
The girl apparently starting talking with Harris, then the two walked away from the group.
A lawyer and businessman in Bangor was also indicted on sex charges.
53-year-old Richard Violette is charged with possession of sexually explicit material.
The District Attorney's office says Bangor police got a tip that he was downloading child pornography on computers at his home.
In April police went to the house and seized three computers, which they say had evidence of child porn.
