Bangor -
Most dogs already have the "trick" part down.
Some sweet pups were the perfect "treat" at Ross Manor in Bangor Wednesday.
These dogs are all dressed up for Halloween. They're here to make the day extra special for residents at Ross Manor.
"They look forward to it. It really brings a lot of joy to them. A lot of them are used to regular pet visits. It really makes them feel good," said Kathy Hall, the activity director at Ross Manor.
The pups were on parade for the fifth year in a row, spreading more smiles than spookiness around the halls.
That's really what bringing these dogs here on any day is all about.
"It's a connection, I think. A lot of them talk about the dogs that they had and memories," said Suzie Lex, who brings her as therapy for the residents.
"It makes me want to cry, because I had a dog at home. But, I love these guys. I see them, they bring them in and they come to see me and I just love it. The more the better, as far as dogs are concerned. The more the better," said Ruth Fitz, a resident at Ross Manor.
