Camden National Bank has now taken over 14 Bank of America branches in Maine.
Vice President of Marketing Communications, Jennifer Roper, says Camden National is excited to add new customers.
Some frustrated customers have told us they've had trouble accessing account information online, and reaching bank representatives by phone.
Roper says there has been higher than normal customer service traffic.
She says you can get help by calling 1-800-860-8821, or stopping by your local branch.
You can also let the bank know if you've had problems by emailing them at feedback@camdennational.com.
Roper said processing issues experienced over the weekend and Monday night, should be resolved by Wednesday.
