Bangor -
A Bangor man who was removed from his home by a SWAT team last week was in court, Monday.
Jared Ross, 29, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence assault.
Police said he attacked a woman inside her daughter's house on Dirigo Drive, striking her with the butt of a shotgun. The women fled, but were unable to get an 11-month old baby out of the house.
Officers eventually went inside the home and arrested Ross.
He is being held on $10,000 cash bail at the Penobscot County Jail.
