Old Orchard Beach -
An Old Orchard Beach man accused of killing his grandmother is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
Derek Poulin, 23, is charged with murder and arson in connection to the death of Patricia Noel, 62.
Noel's body was found last week after firefighters put out a fire at her house.
Fire officials say the fire started in a first floor bedroom.
Poulin and his father lived with Noel at the time of her death.
Police have not yet said how Noel died.
