Bangor -
Kids did some extra pedaling in Bangor on Friday.
It's the annual Parkside Children's Learning Center Trike-A-Thon.
Kids do laps around the playground to raise money for other kids.
The event actually serves two purposes.
" We can teach the kids about bike safety, and tell them that we're helping other people that are in need. We're happy to do it every year," said Robyn Gallant, office manager at Parkside.
The money raised goes to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
