Auburn, Brewer -
The City Clerk in Brewer is taking on a new job, in Auburn.
Howard Kroll has been named the Assistant City Manager there.
He's been in Brewer for nearly 11 years, serving as the City Clerk and the Assistant City Manager.
Kroll has also been the Town Manager in Milbridge and St. Agatha.
The Deputy City Clerk in Brewer will be filling Kroll's role.
Pam Ryan has accepted the job and will take over when Kroll lives in mid-November.
She's served with the city for more than 21 years.
