Convicted Murderer Indicted for Trafficking in Prison Contraband


Rockland - A man from Burlington convicted of killing two people in Webster Plantation in 2009, has been indicted on drug charges.

Nathaneal Nightingale, 34, has been indicted by a Knox County Grand Jury for trafficking in prison contraband.

According to Assistant District Attorney, Christopher Fernald, Nightingale is accused of having Suboxone strips mailed to him at the Maine State Prison.

Nightingale killed Michael and Valerie Miller at their Webster Plantation home.

He's serving 40 years for those crimes.
