A Tenants Harbor man has been indicted by a Knox County Grand Jury on Murder charges.
Andrew Kierstead, 40, is accused of shooting to death, Richard Mills, 48, of Cushing, on September 27th.
According to court documents, Kierstead told police he owed Mills $250 for drugs and Mills wouldn't give him any more until he paid off the debt.
The court documents also state Kierstead tried to overdose after the shooting but when he woke up and realized what he had done, he called police.

Video: Two teens stranded 8,000 feet up on cliff rescued by chopper
In Sierra Buttes, Calif., two boys hiked up a jagged cliff and ended up stranded 8,000 feet up. The California Highway Patrol sent a chopper and had to lower a harness to carry them to safety, since climbing down was not an option. Scott Pelley reports.
