Bangor -
The sentencing hearing for an Old Town woman who admitted to receiving stolen property from the home of former Major League Baseball player, Matt Stairs, was continued, Wednesday.
28-year old Andrea Bouchard pleaded guilty to the charge, as well as two others, last month.
Bouchard appeared in court at the Penobscot Judicial Center in Bangor for her hearing, but the prosecution then asked to have it postponed to late October.
Assistant District Attorney Mike Roberts said one of the victims would like to speak at the hearing, but could not make it Wednesday.
While in court, Bouchard also addressed another charge of receiving stolen property from a home in Milford. She pleaded not guilty to that crime, which Roberts said occurred in June.
Her husband, Jamie Bouchard, is charged with burglary in theft in both those cases.
