A Brewer man is behind bars, accused of robbing two pharmacies in less than two hours.
35 year old John Campbell of Brewer, is charged with two counts of robbery and one count of theft.
Police say, he robbed the Wilson Street Rite Aid in Brewer around 3:45 last Sunday afternoon, and then the Union Street Hannaford pharmacy in Bangor at 5 p.m.
Police dogs tracked Campbell's trail from the Rite Aid to his house in Brewer.
We're told he was pulled over in New Jersey for a license violation, and driving a stolen vehicle.
The car was impounded, but Campbell remained at large until Sunday, when he arrived back in Maine, and was arrested by Brewer Police.
