Pleasant Ridge Plantation -
A two day state police search of a wooded area in Pleasant Ridge Plantation, near Bingham, was called off Friday morning.
State Police spokesman Steve McCausland would not say why the Major Crimes Unit was out there this week, other than that they were investigating "an old case."
Friday morning, he told TV-5 that searchers did not find anything in the area off of Rowe Pond Road, where they were looking Thursday.
McCausland said they do not plan to release any additional information about the investigation.
