State Police Search Underway in Pleasant Ridge

State Police Won't Say Why They're Searching Wooded Area Near Bingham

Pleasant Ridge - Maine State Police detectives are conducting a search of a wooded area in Pleasant Ridge. State police spokesman Steve McCausland would not explain what the agency is looking for, but said, "This is an ongoing investigation that's been underway for some time."

McCausland said detectives had searched the area Tuesday and returned first thing Thursday morning to continue.
