Augusta -
A university known for its on-line learning opened its third campus in Maine today.
Administrators from Kaplan University and the governor cut the ribbon on a new center in Augusta.
The school also has campuses in Lewiston and Portland.
Officials say Kaplan's classroom-based programs will include studies in business administration, public health, criminal justice and legal science.
About 200 people work at the three campuses in Maine.
