New Bedford -
One of two men accused of murdering three people in Bangor was arrested in Massachusetts, Tuesday afternoon.
Randall “Money” Daluz, 34, was arrested by police outside a home on Reed Street in New Bedford, MA.
Wednesday night, Bangor Police detectives escorted him back to Maine.
New Bedford Police Capt. Steven Vicente said his department was tipped off to Daluz's whereabouts by police in Fall River, MA. Vicente said they contacted Daluz through a friend, and convinced him to turn himself in. Around 1:00 p.m., Vicente said Daluz was waiting for officers on the sidewalk of the street and did not resist arrest.
Vicente said Bangor Police detectives arrived in New Bedford Tuesday night and interviewed Daluz, but he would not release details of the conversation.
Daluz was arraigned in New Bedford District Court as a fugitive from justice, and is expected to make his first court appearance in Bangor, Thursday morning.
Bangor Police officials said Daluz will be taken to the Penobscot County Jail Wednesday night.
We're told he's scheduled to appear in court at 8:15 Thursday morning.
Monday, Bangor police announced that Daluz of Massachusetts and Nicholas Sexton, 31, of Rhode Island were both charged with three counts of murder and one count of arson. During a press conference, officials said they did not believe either suspect was still in Maine.
In August the bodies of Daniel Borders, Nicolle Lugdon, and Lucas Tuscano were found in a burning car in a parking lot on Target Industrial Circle in Bangor. 

Police said that all three victims had been shot to death. 


Sexton, who has not yet been arrested, is described as a white man, 5'10", 180 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. According to TV 5 archives, he stabbed a man in the neck outside of a Leadbetters in Bangor in 2005.
