We recently had in our studio Roy Ulrickson, an organizer of Heart of Maine Autism Fair, and a nationally known Autism and DIR/Floortime Expert Kathy Platzman, they were in to promote the upcoming Fair taking place in Hampden, Saturday September 29th, 2012.

The event will take place at Reeds Brook Middle School in Hampden, and run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The fair is being held to help families around the area who are impacted by autism. There will be two featured speakers, Kathy Platzman will speak about "Floortime: Supporting the Heart of the Family" and the other speaker will be a local autism specialist Dr. Andrew Kahn.

There will be many vendors at the fair, for families to get information from as well.
