Rockland -
Open enrollment for Medicare Prescription Drug Plans starts soon.
To help consumers with the process, a series of clinics will be held in Rockland.
Consumer information specialist, Gloria Rhode, will be on hand to help you research and select a plan.
The clinics start in mid October and will run throughout November and December at Spectrum Generations.
