Two inmates who authorities say walked away from the Charleston Correctional Facilty in July were both indicted on escape charges Wednesday by the Penobscot County Grand Jury.
Police say 20 year-old Randall Moulton of Bangor and 25 year-old Phillip Gardiner of Belfast spent three days on the run before being captured in Glenburn.
Moulton was scheduled to be released next year.
Gardiner had more than two years left on his sentence. He was also indicted on burglary and theft charges.
