Orono -
A man from Orono accused of leading police on a chase that reached speeds of more than 130-miles per hour was indicted by the Penobscot County Grand Jury Wednesday.
State police say in June they clocked 19-year-old Kyle Dube speeding on the highway on his motorcycle.
They say Dube refused to pull over and crashed into a cruiser Howland, while he was trying to avoid a roadblock.
