A judge has revoked the bail of a 34-year-old Exeter man facing charges in both Piscataquis and Penobscot county.
Prosecutors say Justice William Anderson revoked the $1,000 cash bail for Clifford Sprague.
He is facing charges in Piscataquis for allegedly stealing a dump truck in Dover-Foxcroft. He's scheduled to make a court appearance for that charge on November 7th, where he faces 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
In Penobscot, he is facing charges for his alleged role in a June break-in at a Cornith convenience store. Sprague and three others are accused of stealing a pick up truck, backing it into the store, stealing a lottery ticket dispenser and cigarettes, and then setting the truck on fire. He will be arraigned in October for that charge. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.
He is currently being held in Penobscot County Jail in Bangor.
