East Machias, Meddybemps -
Saturday morning around 9maine state police responded to a car crash in Meddybemps.
The vehicle was traveling north on Main Street when 22-year-old Vanessa Crossman, of East Machias, lost control of the vehicle and struck a garage.
Speed is considered to be a factor.
There was also a child in the vehicle.
Both Crossman and the child were treated by Down East Ambulance and released at the scene.
