Portland -
Police arrested a New York man Tuesday morning on crack charges.
Drug agents had been investigating Joseph McNair for two weeks, after neighbors complained that a lot of people were coming and going from his Portland apartment.
Agents reportedly found 7 grams of crack cocaine hidden in a bathroom ceiling and in McNair's underwear.
McNair is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday.
