State Police hope someone recognizes a man whose photo was taken by a surveillance camera inside a building that had recently been burglarized.
It was taken late last month in the Belgrade, Rome, Smithfield area. Police are not giving an exact location.
Police say it's a middle aged man, wearing large wire rimmed glasses and carrying a backpack.
