Greenbush Home Invasion Suspect Arrested for Violating Terms of Release

A man accused in a home invasion in Greenbush has been arrested for violating conditions of his release.

21-year-old Ryan Petrin was arrested again around 8:00 Saturday night.

He had been free on bail after being charged with robbery and aggravated assault. One of his bail conditions was a 6:00 PM curfew.

Police say Petrin and 23-year-old Nicholas Hutchinson broke into a home on East Ridge Road on Labor Day and attacked the homeowner with a fire extinguisher and a tire iron.

During his first court appearance, Petrin's lawyer said Petrin thought Hutchinson was owed money and he went along to help him collect it.
