Kayla Garriott the founder of Breath the Air was in our studio to talk to us about the upcoming fundraiser the organization has planned.

Riding for a Voice: Let your Voice Ride! is a motorcycle run and cars are invited to join in as well, that raises funds for the organization. Breath the Air promotes raising awareness and stopping sexual assault, incest, and rape.

The event is being held on Saturday, September 15th, Registration is from 9 am to 10 am. Karen's Maine Street Diner/Pub in Calais. The ride takes off from Karen's and goes to The Chowder House in Eastport, on to Cohill's Inn in Lubec, and circles back to Karen's in Calais.

To register for the event you can either show up at the event or go online at www.breaththeair.org/registration.

The cost to participate is $35 for couples on motorcycles. $20 for single rider on a motorcycle. $25 Car (includes all passengers)

There will be door prizes, music, and food for all to enjoy.
