High school soccer today, and a check on Ellsworth as the Eagles flying in to play John Bapst.
The Crusaders didn't have many opportunities early, but they did have a big one as Mari Tomanelli breaks into the zone. But Jessica Toothaker covers the ball up before Tomanelli can find it and the game stays scoreless.
That is until midway through the 1st half. That's when Katey Curtis finds the back of the net, off an Annika Firestone corner. The Eagles fly away with a 2-0 victory today.
