In high school field hockey today, Cony visiting Hampden. Cony was up 2-0 at halftime.
Early in the 2nd half, they were threatening for more, but it's Katie Seekins with a big kick save to keep the Rams off the scoreboard.
But she could only hold them off for so long. Katie Carroll breaks through to give Cony the 3-0 lead. Arika Brochu would score late as well to help Cony beat Hampden today, 4-0 the final.
